What is the international convention?
International Convention, often referred to as ICON, is the LARGEST event on the Key Club International calendar! Each year, Key Club members from around the world gather to connect, learn, and celebrate service. The convention features leadership workshops, inspiring speakers, and the Key Club International elections, where members help shape the future of the organization.
The Carolinas District International Convention Tour gives members the opportunity to attend this incredible event while also experiencing an unforgettable trip with fellow Key Clubbers from across the district. The 2026 tour will travel to Dallas, Texas, where attendees will take part in the International Convention and represent the Carolinas District on the international stage.
Throughout the tour, members will enjoy several exciting stops including Six Flags Over Georgia, the Dallas World Aquarium, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, the George W. Bush Presidential Library, and the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. After the convention concludes, the group will also stop in Memphis, Tennessee for a Mississippi River cruise, Memphis BBQ, and live jazz entertainment.
This experience is a unique opportunity for members to grow as leaders, make lifelong friendships, and bring new ideas and inspiration back to their home clubs!
